MUMBAI — Procter & Gamble (P&G) Hygiene and Health Care Limited has announced a significant transition in its senior leadership. Robin Thadathil has been named the new Head of Human Resources for P&G India, effective April 1, 2026.

The appointment follows the decision of the current HR head to move on to new opportunities:

Outgoing Head: Srinivas Maruthi Patnam will step down from the role on March 31, 2026, to pursue other interests outside the organization.

Incoming Head: Robin Thadathil, a P&G veteran with over 16 years of experience, will take the helm of the human resources function for the Indian market.

Thadathil brings an extensive international track record to the Indian leadership team, having worked across diverse markets including the United States, Singapore, and Southeast Asia:

The company formalized the change through a regulatory filing on Tuesday, noting that the transition is part of a planned succession to maintain continuity in its people-first culture.
