Dsouza has been a core member of the agency’s leadership framework for nearly four years. Prior to this promotion, he functioned as the Director-Digital for WPP Media, where he was responsible for steering a high-performing team of biddable media specialists across Search, Social, Programmatic, and Ad Ops channels.
