Based out of the company’s Mumbai headquarters, Dasgupta will lead initiatives aimed at amplifying the brand’s narrative across digital and traditional landscapes.
In her new capacity, Dasgupta will take charge of anchoring Tata Capital’s corporate communications agenda. Her core responsibilities include driving media relations, executive positioning, thought leadership, and high-level reputation management across the firm’s diverse financial verticals.

Dasgupta brings over 13 years of specialized experience in communications, public relations, and media strategy, having successfully managed brands across the technology, BFSI, fintech, and corporate sectors.

Fintech Leadership at Zopper: Prior to joining Tata Capital, she served as AVP – Marketing and PR at insurtech platform Zopper. During her tenure, she headed public relations, executive content creation, corporate reputation management, and targeted communication campaigns for new product rollouts.
