HYDERABAD — Agri-business and infrastructure firm Kisaan Parivar Industries Limited has informed stock exchanges of a sudden change in its corporate governance team following the exit of a key board member.
Srikar Thirukoveluri has stepped down from his position as an Independent Director of the company, with the resignation taking immediate effect from June 19, 2026.
