CHENNAI — In a move to strengthen its corporate governance bench, technology supply chain major Redington Limited has announced the induction of Shri Ajay Rotti Jayathirtha into its boardroom.
Jayathirtha has been appointed as an Additional Director, serving in a Non-Executive Independent capacity, according to the company’s statutory filings with the stock exchanges.
