MUMBAI — In a regulatory disclosure submitted to the stock exchanges, financial services player Trustedge Capital Limited has confirmed the induction of Mr. Shail Manoj Savla to its Board of Directors.
Mr. Savla joins the company’s apex governance body as an Additional Director, operating within a Promoter, Non-Executive capacity.
