KOLKATA — La Opala RG Limited has announced a key change to its leadership structure following the Board of Directors’ formal approval of the appointment of Saradindu Dutta to the company’s governing board.
Dutta has been inducted into the corporate hierarchy as an Additional Director and will function in the capacity of a Non-Executive Independent Director.
