The DMart Stint: Prior to joining IKEA, he served as Manager – HR (CHRM) for the Rest of Maharashtra (ROM) and Central India regions within the Staples Business division at DMart – Avenue Supermarts Limited.

E-Commerce and QSR Experience: Before his time at DMart, Mr. Dsouza spent over six years scaling the workforce at e-grocery platform BigBasket. His foundational career also includes notable HR operations roles at major food retail conglomerates Sapphire Foods India Limited and Jubilant FoodWorks Limited, alongside staffing firm Adecco.
