The Delhi Police have issued formal notices to several social media accounts on X (formerly Twitter), including handles linked to news portals, following the circulation of abusive posts and videos targetting Prime Minister Narendra Modi and security personnel during recent student demonstrations in the capital.
The action follows a systematic review by law enforcement monitoring teams to identify potential legal violations and prevent the disruption of public order.
