Renewable energy major Suzlon Group has appointed industry veteran Anjali Byce as its new Group Chief Human Resource Officer (Group CHRO). She succeeds Rajendra Mehta in the top HR leadership position.
Byce brings nearly 27 years of extensive cross-sector experience spanning manufacturing, automotive, industrial, engineering, technology, and financial services. She most recently served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Tata Motors, following key executive tenures at Sterlite Technologies, SKF India, Thermax, and Cummins.
An alumnus of Delhi University and SCMHRD with executive education from IMD Business School, Byce has managed comprehensive operational portfolios throughout her career—encompassing strategic HR, industrial relations, organizational development, CSR, and HSE.
