Kiran Desai, Vice President – India General Counsel at streaming platform Netflix, has decided to step down from his role after a seven-year tenure.
Desai, who built and led Netflix India’s Legal & Business Affairs division from its inception, announced his exit via a social media update. During his seven years with the entertainment giant, his portfolio encompassed Business Affairs, Public Policy & Regulatory matters, as well as Product and Corporate Legal frameworks across India’s rapidly expanding streaming landscape.
