Auto component manufacturer SPR Auto Technologies Limited has inducted Arun Kumar Shukla onto its Board of Directors as an Additional Director, designating him as Whole-Time Director.
As part of the leadership appointment, Shukla will also function as Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) to oversee the company’s operational execution and core governance, with necessary statutory filings submitted to regulatory authorities.
