NEW DELHI — In a major executive exit within the advertising and marketing sector, Kanika has stepped down as Head of Cheil X’s Delhi office, marking her departure just months after taking charge of the agency’s northern operations.
Kanika had been elevated from Vice President to Head of Delhi Operations earlier this year as part of an internal leadership reshuffle by Cheil X—part of the Cheil SWA Group—aimed at scaling its integrated, technology-driven marketing capabilities across key Indian markets.
During her tenure, she oversaw business growth, brand strategy, creative services, and performance marketing across the region. Neither Kanika nor Cheil X has officially commented on the reasons behind the resignation, and her next professional move remains unannounced.
