NEW DELHI — In a major top-tier leadership realignment, DCM Shriram Fine Chemicals Limited has appointed Rudra Shriram as an Additional Director and Managing Director.
The strategic board overhaul comes as Akshay Dhar resigns from his role as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer (MD & CEO). Simultaneously, the company has inducted Rakesh Malhotra as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent) to reinforce its board governance.
