BENGALURU — Digital-first life sciences commercialization enterprise Indegene Limited has formally inducted biopharmaceutical leader Jill Mary De Simone as a Non-Executive Independent Director following shareholder ratification.
The appointment was overwhelmingly approved during the company’s 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM), securing 91.96% shareholder support. De Simone’s tenure is set for a three-year period running through January 21, 2029.
