MUMBAI — Consumer goods major Colgate-Palmolive has elevated Prabha Narasimhan, currently Managing Director and CEO of its India business, to the role of Executive Vice President – Marketing, Asia-Pacific Division, effective September 27, 2026.
Succeeding her at the helm of the Indian unit, the Board of Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited has approved the appointment of Manish Anandani as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, effective September 28, 2026.
During her four-year tenure leading Colgate-Palmolive India, Narasimhan oversaw a strategic drive toward premiumization—accelerating the premium portfolio’s expansion to five times the rate of the broader market while maintaining market leadership in oral care. Prior to joining Colgate-Palmolive, she spent several years in senior executive leadership at Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL), including as Executive Director for Home Care.
