MUMBAI — State-owned naval defense enterprise Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited has expanded its board with the appointment of KM Ravi Kumar as a Part-Time Non-Official Independent Director.
The appointment brings additional non-executive leadership to the board of the Ministry of Defence-administered PSU, which specializes in the construction and repair of warships, submarines, and offshore platforms.
