BHUBANESWAR — The Odisha State Government has officialized the posting of Sanjay Kumar Biswal, a 2015-batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer, as the new Director of Information and Public Relations (I&PR).
In his new post, Biswal will oversee the state’s strategic public communications, media outreach, and government information dissemination across all districts.
