NEW DELHI — In a board-level development, Sagar Agarwal has tendered his resignation as an Independent Director of Real Growth Corporation Limited, effective from the close of business hours on August 27, 2026.
The resignation was formally communicated to the stock exchanges pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
