LUCKNOW — In a major administrative shake-up, the Uttar Pradesh Government has executed a fresh round of transfers and postings affecting several key IAS officers across state departments and district administrations.
According to the official government list, officers have been reassigned across critical development, municipal, and secretarial roles to streamline administrative efficiency and speed up state infrastructure projects.
Key Appointments and Transfers

Sumit Rajesh Mahajan, previously serving as Chief Development Officer (CDO) in Saharanpur, has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Uttar Pradesh Start-up Mission.

Dr. Sunil Kumar Verma, formerly Additional Commissioner, State Tax, Uttar Pradesh, takes charge as the new Chief Development Officer, Saharanpur.
