RANCHI — Financial services enterprise Vedant Asset Limited has formally notified the stock exchange of the resignation of Gautam Jain from his position as Non-Executive Independent Director.
The departure came into effect from the close of business hours on September 18, 2026, ahead of the company’s scheduled 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM).
