NEW DELHI — In a key central administrative reshuffle, senior IAS officer Mandeep K Bhandari has been appointed as the Chairperson of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
The 2001-batch AGMUT cadre officer currently serves as the Principal Secretary to the Lieutenant Governor of Jammu & Kashmir.
