MUMBAI — Textile and home decor conglomerate Trident Limited has announced the resignation of Samir Prabodhchandra Joshipura from his positions as Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP).
In a regulatory filing submitted to the stock exchanges, the company stated that Joshipura tendered his resignation citing personal priorities, stepping down from the top executive post.
