NEW DELHI — In a recent senior-level administrative directive, senior bureaucrat Shyamal Misra has been granted ex-post facto approval to hold the additional charge of Additional Secretary, Department of Telecommunications (DoT).
Misra, a 1996-batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the Haryana cadre, currently serves as the Administrator of the Digital Bharat Nidhi (formerly the Universal Service Obligation Fund).
