KOLKATA — Industrial equipment manufacturer Hindusthan Insulators & Industries Limited has elevated senior executive Shailendra Jhalani to the board of directors as Additional Director and Whole-Time Director, designating him as Deputy Managing Director, effective October 4, 2026.
In conjunction with his elevation to the executive board, Jhalani formally stepped down from his position as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on October 3, 2026.
