MANGALURU — Ms. Seema has been appointed as a Non-Official Director on the Board of Directors of Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL) for a term of three years.
The appointment strengthens the governance structure of the Schedule ‘A’ Miniratna central public sector enterprise, a subsidiary of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC).
