GURUGRAM — Senior industry executive Shri Vivek Dhariwal has tendered his resignation from the position of Independent Director at pharmaceutical manufacturing firm Windlas Biotech Limited.
In an official governance disclosure filed with financial stock exchanges, the company confirmed that Shri Dhariwal has relinquished his seat on the board of directors.
