NEW DELHI — In a fresh administrative placement under the Central Staffing Scheme (CSS), Dilip Lalchand Parmar (IOFS: 2014) has been named Deputy Secretary in the Department of Higher Education at New Delhi.
The competent authority has approved his tenure for a duration of four years from the date he takes charge of the post, or until further administrative orders are issued.
