NEW DELHI — Central administration has approved the deputation of Vivek Rathee (IRS C&IT: 2016) as Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Statistics & Programme Implementation (MoSPI).
Selected through the Central Staffing Scheme (CSS), Rathee will serve in the New Delhi-headquartered ministry for a four-year tenure. The 2016-batch Customs and Indirect Taxes officer moves from his cadre to support MoSPI’s core portfolio of central statistical coordination, economic data processing, and national project monitoring.
