KOLKATA — Board of Directors at RS Software (India) Limited has inducted Denmark-based venture consultant and tech entrepreneur Bo Mikael Lengseth Nilsson as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director.
Nilsson, who won the EY Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2017, specializes in payment systems, financial compliance, embedded banking, and SaaS deployment. His addition to the board enhances RS Software’s strategic oversight across international payment technology and software-as-a-service verticals.
