BENGALURU — Digital marketplace Meesho Limited has strengthened its governance framework with the appointment of Sudhir Ganesh Sitapati as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director.
Sitapati brings over two decades of corporate leadership across India’s FMCG landscape. His executive career features pivotal leadership roles, including Managing Director and CEO at Godrej Consumer Products Limited (2021–2026) and Executive Director of Foods and Refreshments at Hindustan Unilever Limited. Sitapati currently holds a non-executive board seat at Asian Paints Limited.
