TVS Motor Company has announced that Sudarshan Venu will take over as Chairman and Managing Director, effective August 25, 2025. The decision was unanimously approved by the Board.
Current Chairman Sir Ralf Speth will step down after the AGM on August 22 and will assume the role of Chief Mentor for a three-year term starting August 23, ensuring leadership continuity.
Chairman Emeritus Venu Srinivasan expressed confidence in Sudarshan’s leadership, while Sudarshan thanked the Board, adding he was excited to take TVS to greater heights.
