Vishal Garg, currently Additional General Manager (Group Head, UFSC VPG, NR‑VSR) at NTPC Limited, has been selected by the PESB to serve as Director (Finance) at India Optel Limited. The appointment follows a PESB selection meeting on June 13, 2025, where he was chosen from a field of ten candidates .
His name has been recommended to the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC), pending vigilance clearances and final sanction before formal appointment.
