The Uttar Pradesh government has implemented key police transfers affecting top officers across the state:
S.B. Siradkar has been appointed as the Director General of Police (DGP), Police Promotion and Recruitment Board, Uttar Pradesh. He was previously serving as DGP/Additional DGP, Lucknow Zone.
Sujit Pandey has been transferred from the post of Additional DGP, PAC Headquarters, Uttar Pradesh to become the Additional DGP, Lucknow Zone.
R.K. Swarnkar, who was serving as Additional DGP, APTC, Sitapur, has now been appointed as Additional DGP, PAC Headquarters, Uttar Pradesh.
Ashish Tiwari has been made the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), Saharanpur. Until now, he was posted as Superintendent of Police (SP), CID, Lucknow.
The current SSP of Saharanpur, Rohit Singh Rajawan, has been transferred to SP, Attached Headquarters, DGP Office.
