Chandrashekhar Nayaka L, a 2013 batch IAS officer of the Karnataka cadre, has been appointed as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to the Minister of Finance and Corporate Affairs, Mrs. Nirmala Sitharaman, in the Ministry of Finance.
He will serve at the Deputy Secretary level for a period of four years or on a co-terminus basis with the tenure of the Minister, whichever is earlier.
