Ishaq Khan, an officer of the Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) and currently serving as Principal Chief Electrical Engineer (PCEE) in South Western Railway (SWR), has been transferred to the Indian Railways Institute of Electrical Engineering (IRIEEN).
He has been appointed as the Director General of IRIEEN, where he will now lead the premier training institute responsible for capacity building and advanced training in electrical engineering within Indian Railways.
