In a significant administrative reshuffle, the Government of Odisha has assigned new responsibilities to several IAS officers across key departments and regions. The move is aimed at streamlining governance and improving departmental efficiency.
Key Appointments:

Sanjeeb Kumar Mishra has been appointed Principal Secretary, Finance Department, with additional charge as Chairman, IDCO.

Hemant Sharma, Additional Chief Secretary, Industries, will now also head the Information and Public Relations Department, continuing his charge as Chairman, IPICOL.

Roopa Roshan Sahoo has been posted as Secretary to the Governor.

NBS Rajput is the new Principal Secretary, Public Enterprise and CMD, OSRTC.

Bhaskar Jyoti Sarma becomes Principal Secretary, Excise while continuing as CMD, OPTCL.
