Shiva Kumar Kushvaha has been promoted to the grade of Chief Engineer (Civil) in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH).
With this elevation, Kushvaha will take on greater responsibilities in planning, execution, and supervision of key infrastructure projects, including national highways and other critical civil works under the Ministry.
This promotion highlights the government’s continued focus on strengthening technical leadership in the road transport and highways sector.
