Shiva Kumar Kushvaha has been promoted to the grade of Chief Engineer (Civil) in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH).
This promotion comes as part of the ministry’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its senior technical leadership, with Chief Engineers playing a key role in overseeing national highway projects, infrastructure development, and quality control across the country.
