Edme Insurance Brokers Ltd has appointed Nitin Firke as Managing Director – Reinsurance, strengthening its leadership team and emphasizing its focus on building a robust reinsurance practice in India and beyond.
Firke brings 27 years of professional experience, including 22 years in insurance and reinsurance, to the role. Before joining EDME, he held senior positions at Mahindra Insurance Brokers Ltd. as Chief of Reinsurance, ICICI Lombard General Insurance as Senior Vice President – Head of International Business, and ICICI Bank UAE as Deputy General Manager, overseeing international operations.
At EDME, Firke will be responsible for driving innovation, forging global partnerships, and delivering advanced risk transfer and reinsurance advisory solutions.
