In a move to enhance its governance framework and long-term strategy, Delhivery has announced the appointment of Yashish Dahiya, Chairman & CEO of PB Fintech, and Dr. Padmini Srinivasan, Professor at IIM Bangalore, as Non-Executive Independent Directors on its Board.
These appointments are part of Delhivery’s Board rejuvenation plan, aimed at increasing diversity and bringing specialized expertise to guide the company’s next phase of growth.
Yashish Dahiya, a pioneer in India’s digital insurance sector, co-founded Policybazaar.com in 2008 and grew it into a $2 billion annual premium consumer internet brand. His experience also spans roles as Managing Director at ebookers.com and Consultant at Bain & Co., London. He holds degrees from IIT Delhi, IIM Ahmedabad, and INSEAD.
Dr. Padmini Srinivasan brings academic depth and governance expertise. A PhD scholar and senior faculty at IIM Bangalore, she is Chairperson of the Centre for Corporate Governance and Sustainability and serves as Public Interest Director on the BSE Board. She is also a fellow member of ICAI and ICSI.
