In a significant administrative reshuffle, the Delhi Government has reassigned responsibilities to 16 IAS officers, streamlining governance and boosting operational efficiency across departments.
Key highlights of the reshuffle include:

Sandeep Kumar, currently Principal Secretary (PS), Vigilance, will now also oversee the departments of IT, Environment & Forests, and Administrative Reforms (AR).

Dr. Dilraj Kaur has been appointed as Principal Secretary, Social Welfare, with additional responsibilities for SC/ST/OBC Welfare.

Vikas Anand, Secretary to the Chief Minister, has been given additional charge of Secretary, Information & Publicity (I&P).

Shurbir Singh becomes Secretary, Finance, and will simultaneously serve as Secretary, General Administration Department (GAD) and Secretary, Power.

Prince Dhawan, MD, Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC), will also serve as Special Commissioner, Transport, and take on roles as Special Secretary, IT, and Executive Director, GSDL.

G. Sudhakar, DM (Central), will now also be Managing Director, SRDC.

Pankaj Kumar, Controller, Weights & Measures, and DC (HQ), will take on Special Secretary, NCR responsibilities.

Ms. Tapasya Raghav, Special Secretary, Health & Family Welfare, will now also serve as Project Director, CATS, and State Mission Director, Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM).

Ms. Anjali Sehrawat has been transferred and posted as Director, Higher Education and Director, TTE.

Sachin Rana, Special Commissioner, Trade & Taxes, has been assigned additional duty as CVO, DTL/IPGCL/PPCL.

Dr. Kinny Singh, Special Secretary, Health, will also handle the roles of Secretary, Public Grievance Commission, and Project Director, Delhi State AIDS Control Society.

Suneel Anchipaka will hold additional charge of Special Secretary, Tourism, while continuing as Special Commissioner, Trade & Taxes.
