Godala Kiran Kumar, a 2005 batch IAS officer of the West Bengal cadre, has been promoted to the Selection Grade Scale of the Indian Administrative Service. Following the promotion, he has been re-designated as Senior Special Secretary in the Science & Technology and Bio-Technology Department, Government of West Bengal.
