Sapphire Media Limited-owned BIG FM has appointed Sunil Kumaran as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). A seasoned media professional with over 25 years of experience, Kumaran has been associated with BIG FM for more than 14 years, most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer.
His elevation comes after Abe Thomas, who led the network since 2018, stepped down to pursue new opportunities. Thomas is credited with playing a pivotal role in BIG FM’s strategic transformation.
