Nagendra Nath Sinha, former Union Secretary and veteran IAS officer of the 1987 Jharkhand cadre, has been appointed Managing Director of Rodic Digital & Advisory, a newly formed subsidiary of Rodic Consultants. The subsidiary will focus on delivering advanced digital, AI, and real-time data solutions for governments and institutions.
Sinha, who retired as Union Secretary for Steel, has had a distinguished career spanning pivotal roles including Secretary for Rural Development and Border Management, Chairman of NHAI, and Managing Director of NHIDCL. He has been instrumental in driving major national infrastructure projects such as the Delhi–Mumbai Expressway and the Zojila Tunnel, as well as shaping India’s Greening Roadmap for the steel sector.
Raj Kumar, Chairman and Managing Director of Rodic Consultants, said Sinha’s deep experience in transformative digital leadership is perfectly aligned with the subsidiary’s mission.
“His expertise positions us to deliver intelligent, impactful solutions that will define the next era of infrastructure and governance,” Kumar noted.
Expressing his vision for the role, Sinha said:
“The opportunity here is to connect execution with strategy, and insight with action, to create systems that are not only smart but deeply responsive to public needs.”
Rodic Digital & Advisory will develop intelligent digital platforms and strategic advisory services to convert live operational data into actionable insights, bridging the gap between on-ground execution and strategic decision-making for more effective governance.
