- Mrs. Kinjal Singh has been appointed as the Transport Commissioner.
- Ranjan Kumar will continue to hold the charge of PS, AYUSH & Food Safety and Drug Administration, after being relieved of the additional charge of PS, Food Safety and Drug Administration.
- Mrs. Chetra V has been posted as Director General, AYUSH.
- Mrs. Kanchan Verma is now the Commissioner and Secretary of the Revenue Council, UP.
- Mrs. Monica Rani has been appointed as the in-charge Director General of School Education.
- Roshan Jacob has been appointed as Secretary and Commissioner of Food Safety and Drug Administration.
- Rajesh Kumar II is the new Director General of Tourism.
