The Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs (CBIC), under the Department of Revenue, has posted three officers from the Indian Revenue Service (IRS) of the Customs and Indirect Taxes (C&IT) cadre as Under Secretaries.
- Indrajit Panda, from the 2016 batch.
- V. Phanindra Vissapragada, from the 2017 batch.
- Ms. Kirti Panday, from the 2017 batch.
The appointments are aimed at strengthening the administrative structure of the CBIC.
