The Jharkhand government has transferred and assigned new postings to 30 IPS officers in a major reshuffle.
Key Appointments and Changes:
- Director General of Police (HoPF) Anurag Gupta has been relieved of his additional charges as DG, Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB), and DG, CID.
- Prashant Singh, DG of Wireless and Technical Services, has been given the additional charge of DG Headquarters.
- Priya Dubey has been appointed ADG of ACB with the additional charge of ADG, EOW.
- Rakesh Ranjan is the new Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) of Ranchi.
- Paras Rana has been appointed as City SP, Ranchi, with the additional charge of JAP 10.
- Rakesh Singh is now Traffic SP, Ranchi, with the additional charge of SP, Wireless and Technical Services.
- Mrs. Suman Gupta has been appointed as ADG, Railways.
- Manoj Kaushik, IG, Ranchi Zone, will also hold the charge of IG, CID.
- Kranti Kumar Gadideshi has been appointed as IG, Human Rights.
- Narendra Kumar Singh is the new IG, Vigilance-cum-Security, at the Jharkhand Electricity Board.
- Shailendra Sinha has been appointed as IG, Palamu.
- Sudarshan Mandal is now IG, Headquarters, with the additional charge of IG, Jail.
- Sunil Bhaskar has been appointed as IG, Bokaro Zone.
- Patel Mayur Kanhaiyalal, IG, Provisioning, has been given the additional charge of IG, Dumka Zone.
- Sanjeev Kumar has been appointed as DIG, Special Branch.
- Shailendra Prasad Varnwal is now DIG, EOW.
- Manoj Ratan has been appointed as DIG, Special Branch.
- Naushad Alam Ansari will join the Police Headquarters.
- Ajit Peter Dungdung has been appointed as Joint Director of the Jharkhand Police Academy, Hazaribagh.
- Chandan Kumar Sinha is now DIG, ACB.
- Arvind Kumar Singh has been appointed as SP, Special Branch.
- Ehtesham Waqarib is the new SP, CID.
- Amit Renu has been appointed as SP, Chaibasa.
