Lila Dhar Singh Yadav, an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer, has submitted his technical resignation from the Railway service. His resignation is effective from September 19, 2025, to allow him to be permanently absorbed into the Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Limited (UPMRCL). He will be considered retired from the Railway service from that date.
