Criteo, the global commerce ecosystem platform, has announced the appointment of Edouard Dinichert as its new Chief Customer Officer (CCO), effective December 1, 2025. Based in New York City, Dinichert will report directly to CEO Michael Komasinski and will be responsible for leading global sales and operations for Criteo’s Performance Media business.
Dinichert’s focus will be on accelerating growth, strengthening commercial excellence, and ensuring client success remains central to the company’s strategy.
Extensive Industry Experience
Dinichert brings over 20 years of experience leading global revenue organizations that combine creativity, data, and performance. His most recent roles include:
- Chief Revenue Officer at TripleLift, where he scaled creative SSP offerings across retail media, CTV, and data-driven curation. He also served in the Office of the CEO from July 2024 to January 2025.
- Over a decade at Amazon, where he launched and led Amazon Advertising in France and subsequently built the global Ad Tech Sales & Services organization (including Amazon DSP, Ad Server, and Marketing Cloud).
CEO Michael Komasinski stated that Dinichert’s deep experience in scaling data-driven organizations will be instrumental in accelerating customer growth. Komasinski also highlighted Dinichert’s cross-market, cross-cultural perspective as beneficial, reflecting Criteo’s European roots and global aims.
